Danone
Danone's subsidiaries operated with fragmented and disconnected information systems. Reporting was inconsistent across countries and regions; support costs were high; and global executive decision-making required reconciling data from disparate local systems. Two consecutive programs — Eagle BI (2018, global) and Themis (2019, subsidiary-level) — set out to harmonize the BI landscape across the group.
Eagle BI (2018) — global standardization. Danone's branches used a variety of isolated reporting tools, leading to inconsistent data and high support costs. We executed the full BI implementation lifecycle: assessing existing reporting practices, performing gap analysis against global models, designing critical reports, training users, and integrating with the global data warehouse. The result: a unified ERP/BI ecosystem with harmonized processes, reliable analytics, and enhanced transparency across the organization.
Themis (2019) — subsidiary harmonization. Initially, subsidiaries operated with fragmented information systems, resulting in inconsistent reporting and high operational costs. We delivered a full BI implementation cycle: analyzing existing reports, performing gap analysis against the global Eagle and Themis models, developing critical reports, training users, and integrating with the global data warehouse. This created a unified ERP/BI ecosystem with standardized processes, consolidated data, and reliable analytics.
