Sell by Maximum Time — Supply Chain Risk
Cockpit identifying products at risk of exceeding their Sell-By-Maximum date — preventing losses from expired inventory.
NDA
KPI definitions differed across plants, functions, and systems. Manufacturing performance was reported in one set of dashboards, warehouse operations in another, logistics costs in a third — each with its own data sources, KPI definitions, and reporting cadences. Cross-functional decisions required cross-referencing multiple spreadsheets, and supply chain leadership lacked an integrated view of operations.
We built an integrated cockpit unifying manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain into one decision-ready KPI model. The platform ingests ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, PLC, and IoT data; harmonizes KPI definitions across sources; and surfaces five connected views: Production Performance, Warehouse & Inventory, Logistics Cost, CFR & Market Analysis, and Service & Delivery.
Each view delivers consistent KPIs across sites and functions — OEE, downtime, yield, bin capacity, occupancy, cost-per-route, perfect-order metrics. An optional real-time intelligence layer extends visibility with line health, telemetry, energy monitoring, and anomaly alerts.
